If you want somethng savory, go for soup! Make a big batch ahead of time and eat it whenever you want:
4 carrots
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch of broccoli
1/2 white onion
1 lb zuccini
2 cubes boulion
1 package cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
chop vegies and put enough water int he pot to cover half the vegies. Add boullion. Bring pot to a boil, reduce to medium and stir well.
When the vegies are soft, add cream cheese and blend! Salt and pepper to taste!
You get so many vitamins and fiber, and the soup is so yummy!
Or make a salad! You can put anything you want in a salad! It's easy and fast!
It's not healthy, really, but you can make some reasonable nachos. Put some tortilla chips on a plate, drizzle on some salsa or taco sauce, sprinkle on cheese, and nuke it for a minute or so until the cheese is melted.
If you can find broccoli slaw at your grocery store, it's great with baked tofu (it would probably be good with cooked chicken if you like that) and ginger sesame dressing.
Hand full of fresh noodles, splash of so-ya, packet of cooked chicken, hand full of fresh coriander, available at all supermarkets, failing the fresh herb and fresh noodles packet noodles will do and substitute the herb for some garlic
Heat up and eat.... 5-10 minutes at most, nice meal too.
I would just keep some good frozen dinners there, like Marie Callender's or Stouffer's.
ex. Fish Broccoli and Mac n Cheese from Marie Callender's.
ex. Tuna Noodle Casserole from Stouffer's. For the Tuna Noodle Casserole, I usually cook some spaghetti when the dinner is cooking, and use the dinner as a pasta sauce - mix it into the spaghetti and add some parmesan cheese.
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked %26amp; drained

Eggs--Scramble, boil, or make an omelet with whatever is around.
Noodles--Use a jarred sauce or toss hot noodles with butter and cheese. Add broccoli or spinach if you like.
Cook rice, add cheese and/or veggies, toss. My favorite is brown rice with feta and hot sauce.

other than that, I suggest the classic grilled cheese sandwhich. two slices of bread, cheese in the middle. butter the outsides of the sandwich, and throw it in a frying pan, cook it on medium until golden brown on both sides, and then Bon Appetite!
I buy egg noodles, one of those cooked deli chickens, and a packet of chicken gravy. Boil noodles, cut up chicken, make gravy and mix all together! Yummy, and super easy!
