cut chicken breast into strips, salt them, and dip them in egg and then in flour, fry in shallow oil in a frying pan, serve with corn and rice

season them with salt and pepper saute them in a little olive oil, mix in a little pesto and cooked pasta at the end with a 1/2 c of chicken broth. add a little Parmesan cheese. i had this the other night
