Does anyone have a simple Chinese stir fry recipe for about 15 people?

I was going to use pork tenderloin and cauliflower, broccoli and I don't know what else to use. Any suggestions? I also want to make a fried rice.Does anyone have a simple Chinese stir fry recipe for about 15 people?
since you are feeding 15 people, i would opt for a noodle or rice-based dish, it will be filling and not as costly as a veggie/pork stir fry.

with the noodles, you would choose your favorite type of noodle, either an asian variety, or something as pedestrian as angel hair pasta (regular italian variety from supermarket), you will need probably 3 lbs of pasta, prepared according to box directions, might want to cook just past the ';al dente'; state as asian noodles are usually served a little softer.

3 lbs noodles (asian or regular pasta), cooked %26amp; drained in cold water.

3 onions, chopped

6 cloves garlic, crushed or minced

thinly sliced pork tenderloin (4 lbs or more if desired), slice as thin as possible, this is easier if the pork is in a semi-frozen state

1/2 cup soy sauce (if you can find japanese soy, it is a lighter more refined tasting soy)

3 cups chopped broccoli

3 cups chopped cauliflower

3 cups chopped red bell pepper

1 t. ground white (or black) pepper

3 T. white or brown sugar

1 T. gravy master or kitchen bouquet browning sauce (to add color to the dish)

3 T. powdered chicken or vegetable boullion (in the soup aisle)

3. cups chopped cabbage or red cabbage

1 bunch of green onions, chopped

stir fry the onions in vegetable oil until translucent, quickly add the pork tenderloin with a few dashes of soy sauce and stir fry until browned on all sides. remove from heat.

steam cauliflower, broccoli %26amp; red bell pepper until crisp tender.

quickly stir together the pork, onions, noodles, seasonings and cabbage and stir fry until hot and well blended.

before serving, add steamed vegetables to the noodles and sprinkle green onions over all for a fresh garnish %26amp; taste.

adjust seasonings as desired.

(the sugar, browning sauce and bouillion are all secret ingredients that help develop the flavors of this dish).Does anyone have a simple Chinese stir fry recipe for about 15 people?
Stir fry is delightfully easy; just mix everyone's favorite vegetables and maybe some form of meat. Since it seems your meat shall be pork tenderloin, I advice onions and water chestnuts and nuts of some sort (cashews are my favorite), as well as the broccoli and cauliflower you already planned.

And mix vegetables with the fried rice, too, but small ones--diced carrots, peas, and onions (again.)

Remember sauce, of course! I tend to make stir-fries with a lot of garlic in the sauce.

You can also put cayenne peppers in any of that, if that's to your taste.
