I just use a few different vegetables(usually broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc) add the tofu chunks, and then use teriyaki sauce for flavoring. I place it over rice. Can someone give me an easy/simple/super easyy recipe for tofu stir fry?
Get 1 lb extra firm tofu and cube it. Heat up some olive oil in a fry pay and add the tofu cubes. Add in some sesame oil and stir till browned. Add in your favorite veggies (celery, sliced carrots, zuccini, squash, green beans, onions, cabbage, ect) and finish with a 1/2 tbs minced garlic.
Todu is really gud for health and pretty easy to be used in dishes:)
