Chocolate Cherry Cake
This is a simple recipe that is as elegant as it is delicious.
1 package devils food cake mix, dry
3 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup chocolate chips
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
Unbaked Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Cookies
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients, bringing them to a rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, cocoa, peanut butter and oats. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Cool......

Jenny's Christmas Pie
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 graham cracker crust
1 can cherry or raspberry pie filling
Blend lemon juice with milk and stir to thicken. Beat whipping cream with extracts until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into milk mixture and spoon into crust.
