I need a simple fondant recipe and amount to use?

I'm making a cake that is a 13x9x2 bottom layer and a top layer which is 2in high and an irregular shape with a top surface area of about 72 sqr. in how much (weight) fondant should i use and where can i get a simple recipe for rolled fondantI need a simple fondant recipe and amount to use?
I have tried several different recipes and have not found one I liked. What I have used before is the pre-made fondant, you can buy white and color it yourself or buy already colored. The box will tell you how much cake it will cover.

I just saw a recipe for fondant on All Recipes it is called Marshmallow Fondant. Check out that site and search for marshmallow fondant.


Personally I would buy it. Check a good craft store for the premade stuff.
well can do one any size 2 feet by 1 feet 5 iinch high . wait in about 10 pound . or we can go biger if you have room to eat it
