Hawaiian Smoothie
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped peeled papaya
1/4 cup guava nectar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grenadine

I love making them one of two ways, depending on what is around. Either:
Ice, flavoured yogurt, assorted fruits that compliment the yogurt, and a little skim milk to thin to desired consistency. I love using strawberries and raspberries myself, with strawberry yogurt. I go light on the ice and heavy on the skim milk for a creamier drink than a typical smoothie.
or
Ice cream, fruit and skim milk. Light on the ice cream and heavy on the skim milk to thin it down nicely.
The latter is more of a milk shake and comes out thicker, the former is more of a smoothie that you are likely looking for.
simple yet tasty
1 Banana
1/2 cup yogurt (plain, not greek - vanilla flavour is good)
Milk (150ml - around) or soy milk
I then put in a blender until its smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little cinnamon.
Often I skip the yogurt and cinnamon. Still tastes good.
Adding frozen raspberries is good or fresh if you have any.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
One 8 oz. container fruit-flavored yogurt or 1 container plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh berries
1 medium banana
1. In a blender, process all the ingredients until just combined. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
Low fat milk
Ice
Protein power
Strawberries
banana
Honey (for me it is two tablespoons.)
Pineapple, if you can the patient to peel it.
Blend all on blender at the speed to crush ice for about a minute. Stir. Blend again. Stir until it gets the texture you like. Enjoy.

combine strawberries, raspberries, milk, and ice in a blender. add sugar if you need. it ends up a healthy and delicious smoothie.
1 cup Pineapple juice
Watermelon chunks (about 10)
5-6 large strawberries, cut in half
8oz (1 cup) crushed Ice
If desired you can add 1/2 cup of yogurt (any flavor)
Get some of your fave fruits.Blend'em add some milk in the blender pour it in a tall glass then add ice.
