Anyone know any simple recipe's for snacks that don't need many ingredients?
I don't what you have in your house, but for quick snacks I sometimes make cheese quesidillas and mix in meat, veges, or anything else we may have that sounds good. I just take a flour tortilla, put in on a skillet over medium heat, add cheese and whatever else to 1/2 of it, fold it over, and flip after a few minutes until the cheese is all gooey.

Also, my husband use to make this often, the classic old peanut butter in celery with raisins. :)

Yummy and easy Sweet and Sour Meatballs

You can either season and breadcrumb the ground beef like you would regular meatballs, or you can just roll ground beef up into small balls. Place one can of jellied cranberry sauce and one jar of cocktail sauce into a sauce pan. Mix and heat only until it is fragrant. Mixture should be thick. Place the meatballs into the pan and moisten on all sides with the sauce. Heat for several minutes, until the meatballs are warm. Do not boil. Serve on toothpicks.
Combine equal parts fluffed marshmallow and low-fat peanut butter. Use for dipping apple slices.

Hummus is also great for dipping all kinds of things, or chips and salsa, cheese and crackers, graham crackers and applesauce.

I like laying some tortilla chips on a plate, tossing shredded cheese on top and microwave for about 30 seconds until the cheese is melted. Then add salsa and eat.
Melt butter and add ranch dressing mix (the dry stuff) toss with oyster crackers and bake on a cookie sheet on 250 - 300 for half hour or so.

Use one packet of dressing mix and one stick of butter. Toss with a whole bag of crackers in a large bowl.
Crab Ball

1 can crabmeat, drained and flaked

8 ounces cream cheese

3 tablespoons chili sauce (or ketchup)

1 tablespoon horseradish

Mix crabmeat and cream cheese. Mix chili sauce and horseradish, spread over crab ball.

You can make peanut butter cookies with a cup of peanut butter, a cup of sugar, an egg, an ungreased cookie sheet, and an oven at 400*
