Boil one egg!
tuna noodle hot dish: Tuna, noodles, cream of mushroom soup and about a quarter cup of milk.
Scramble eggs

Add chicken or shrimp (you can use left over)
Add sweet soy
salt and pepper to taste
Serve it with hot Rice
Heat up a flour tortia. Heat up some canned chilli. Add cheese, lettuce, onion, taco sauce(packet from fast food) to taste. Roll, fold up the tortia with the stuff inside. Quite good for the effort.

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 cups cold fat free milk
* 1 (1 ounce) package JELL-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding %26amp; Pie Filling, any flavor
* 1 (8 ounce) container plain lowfat yogurt
* 1 cup crushed ice
* 1 banana, cut in chunks
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Serve at once or refrigerate and stir before serving. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)

Peanut butter and cracker. Spread peanut butter onto crackers and eat.

buy some instant noodles/ramen noodle cups (flavor of ur choice ie.korean, oriental, shrimp/ chk), cooked beef balls, fish balls (from oriental markets)/ thin slice of rib eyes (or other meats), bean sprouts, spinach (or any veges tt u prefer), boil water in a pot, dump all ur fav meats %26amp; veges %26amp; ready in minutes.
5 minutes :
a bag of organic baby mix greens, a bottle of ur fav salad dressings, some precooked chilled boiled eggs, shredded cheese, %26amp; ur fav nuts ie. slice almonds/toasted pecans.
8 minutes :
cooked up some chunks of green peppers, onions, ground beef w/a can of chilis ( i like hormel), mix in shredded cheese, wrap up the cooked ingredients w/a soft low carb tortilla heat up fr the microwave while u cook up the chili.
all under 10 mins. how's tt ? :)

Salted and peppered chicken thighs with the skin left on. Put them in a lightly oiled Teflon pan on medium low and walk away for one or two hours. The chicken will slow cook and the skin will caramelize. Turn the chicken over and cook another hour or so. You won't even need any extra seasoning. Don't leave alone too long if you don't know how your stove and pan will behave.
