Do you have a super-simple hummus recipe?

I have all the necessities like chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. But I'm just not sure what amount of each to use. If you have a more involved recipe that's great too...I love to see what people make.Do you have a super-simple hummus recipe?
3/4 cup tahini

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

4 cups chickpeas

Dash of salt

Blend well, adding oil in slow. If your blender isn't awesome, you can sieve it to make it smoother.

I flavour it in many ways.

- Add 1 roasted red pepper (easy to make by popping a pepper under the broiler for 5 or 10 minutes, then peeling off the black skin, seeds, and stem)

- Add 2 tsp pureed garlic for a mild garlic flavour

- Add 2 or 3 cloves of roasted garlic

- Add 1 tsp cumin

- Add the zest of 1 lemon and 1 tbsp finely chopped dillDo you have a super-simple hummus recipe?
1 1/2 cup chick peas

1 tbs tahini paste

2 tbs lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp/1clove garlic

a bit of water to make smooth paste

You can ajust to taste, i'm sure you'll work out your own quantities.
How about a ';Turbo Hummus'; from Alton Brown:

2 to 3 cloves garlic

1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and liquid reserved

2 to 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

A handful fresh parsley leaves

1 lemon, zested and juiced

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Pinch kosher salt

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Chop the garlic finely in a food processor. Add the beans and 1/2 of the reserved liquid and process finely or to desired consistency. Add the peanut butter, parsley, lemon zest and juice, black pepper, and salt. Process until it forms a paste. Drizzle in the olive oil and process until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.

Alton's never steered me wrong -- good luck, and good eatin'!
